Once here, click on the cube and you can return to town with the quest completed. You will know you have found the cube when you locate a hole in the wall leading to a room that looks like the image below: The cube is most likely to be located there. Once in the Elder Sanctum zone, you need to make your way through the map towards the north-eastern most corner. Run through the zone (you do not have to kill any monsters if you do not want to) until you find a portal leading to Elder Sanctum. Once you have the quest, teleport to Ruins of Sescheron in Act 3. He will be marked by a yellow exclamation point. Speak to Zoltun Kulle in any act's base camp, starting the quest to find the cube. In order to find it, you should follow these steps: The cube has 3 power slots that u could have at the same time, one from weapons and shields, one from any piece of armor, and the 3rd is from jewelry (Rings & Amulets).Kanai's Cube was added to the game in the 2.3 patch and can be found in the Adventure mode on any difficulty. So you can equip "item Y" while having the power (Buff) of "item X" at the same time. Now that u have extracted the item's power, u can select it in the cube and it will be a permanent buff until u change it in the cube again. Let's call the item that has the good buff u need "item X" and the optimal item for ur build "item Y", so you could take "item X" and extract its power (Buff) in the Kanai's Cube by putting it in the cube along with some crafting materials (The exact amount of the materials can be shown by clicking the book icon on the lower right side of the cube's window) and clicking "Transmute" (This will destroy the item but will put its buff in the cube for all ur characters who can use this item). There's a buff on some of the legendary items (like increasing the damage of a certain skill or reducing the cool down of another), but then this item might not be the optimal item for ur current build. I'm new to the adventure mode, so I just wanted to share with what I've learned about the Kanai's Cube, I've posted this before but I wrote the title in a wrong way, so I'm re-posting it with the right title.
